1. Why have I not received my Account Validation Email? Some E-Mail Addresses automatically send the Validation email to the Spam or Junk folders. Please check these and if you have still not received it, please Contact Us from the Contact page. 2. Why has my Credit Card transaction failed? There are 2 main reasons for failed transactions:- a) You MUST enter your Security code from the REAR of your card - even if you are 3D Verified. b) You have not selected 'British Pound' before proceeding to the checkout.
3. Why can't I pay in my own Currency? For Card transactions we only accept payments in British Pounds (GBP) but you will be charged in your own currency by your Card provider - so anyone can pay by card. The Currency Convertor is provided for comparison and is updated everyday but you must select 'British Pound' before proceeding to the Checkout. VAT at 17.5% is included in ALL currency prices but will be deducted at the checkout for Non EU customers. We also accept payment in GBP & Euros by BACS/IBAN Bank Transfer, please follow the instructions at the Checkout for these options.
3. What will the shipping costs be? Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout depending on delivery address and value/weight of goods - we are constantly searching for the most economical shipping costs to each country and we pass these savings on to you. This will depend on many factors, whether the goods are in stock at the time of ordering, which Manufacturer is supplying them and of course where you are situated in the World. 5. My Order has been updated to 'Awaiting Stock Delivery' - what does this mean? This means we or the manufacturer are out of stock and the goods will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will always be notified when the goods are dispatched to you. 6. Does the free shipping apply to all orders over £300.00? Free shipping is for UK mainland only, sorry. We are constantly searching for the most economical shipping methods for Worldwide shipping, which is subsidised in line with the UK Free shipping costs. 7. Will I have to pay Import Duty? For all Non-EU Countries Import Duty may be charged by your Local Government agency, depending on the value of the goods. This is your sole responsibility and we cannot offer any advice on this, sorry. We are unable to accept returns for goods correctly supplied and rejected because of Import Duty charges. 8. I am VAT Registered in a fellow EU Country or State. How do I purchase less VAT? For EU VAT registered customers, please create an Account and enter your VAT number in the appropiate place. Once your VAT number has been verified we will send you a discount code to use when you make a purchase and the final Invoice dispatched with the goods will show the amount less VAT.
